My “auntie friends” (haha they are going to kill me for saying that!) threw a party for me at Spring Court. I’ve never been, but apparently it’s some kind of institution in Chinatown. The oldest (it’s been…14 years??!) and most auntie friend of them all (cue laughter here!) organised everything. Thank you so much!

This was supposed to be an all-girl picture, but a certain extra had to come in…(and make the silliest face in it, at that!) so this one’s especially for you!

The most fun and “on” captain ever, gamely posing with us birthday girls (we share the same date!). His happy birthday songs (in English, Mandarin and Cantonese) were fantastic, and cracked us all up! He didn’t care that no one could do the Canto version; he just went ahead, with aplomb and complete with hand actions! Someone give this guy a raise already.
